Digital Download Terms

Upon purchasing your digital download, the following actions are permitted:

– Downloading file to your device

– Using files for PERSONAL use

Upon purchasing your digital download, the following actions are prohibited:

– Reselling in digital or printed format

– Editing/modifying product for resale

– Uploading image of file to the Internet

– Using files in promotional offers (giveaways) without written consent

Processing time to receive your digital download via email (which also serves as your purchase receipt) is typically within one hour.

Though there is no current maximum download limit, abuse is not tolerated. I reserve the right to discontinue your download capabilities at any time if abuse is suspected.

Copyright of design remains with the artist. Purchase does not transfer rights.

Products or Services

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of products that appear at the online store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at my sole discretion. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Refunds

At this time, all orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted UNLESS your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. If order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please email theelevatedlifeco@gmail.com explaining your issue and tracking number within 48 hours of package delivery. 

* Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
